In 2015 I completed the 12 Week Certificate course in Ballymaloe Cookery School, a dream of mine for a long time. If anything I am now even more passionate about cooking. Cake and Dessert business imminent. Watch this space. But also struggling to reconcile my love of cooking with my waistline!
Having been passionate about ingredients, cooking and most importantly – eating all my life, I kick started my business in 2015 after completing the Ballymaloe Certificate course. I am small but mighty in the kitchen. I use locally sourced ingredients, and cook them with the care they deserve. Simple food, cooked well, tasting divine.
