Cooking with Mussels

Getting ready for the big cook off in Kenmare on Sunday.  The guys organising it (both Kush Mussels and Kenmare Foodies) have been so nice and calming, I’m looking forward to taking part and seeing the other demos- hopefully learning loads!

It’s a little nerve racking, and to be honest- am terrified!

I hope the shellfish are kind to me on the day, wish me luck!
