I’m getting nervous, and it’s nothing to do with Christmas, or my injuries (a WHOLE others days woes…). It’s because I’m starting the 12 week certificate course in Ballymaloe in January. January 5th. It seemed like so far away when we booked it. Now it’s only days…. 7 to be exact.
I’ve wanted to do this course for nearly 14 years. When I finished work in Cork, I felt my path was really leading to cookery, and finally I am now getting to start.
I got my chef’s whites in my Christmas Present, and my stationery too. So really all I need is to get rid of this chest infection and get started.
