- 100g strong white flour, preferably organic
- 100g water
Step 1
Day1
Take a container large enough to take at least 2 litres volume of starter.
Add the flour and water, mix well using a wooden spoon. Mark the level with a piece of tape if you wish to measure the activity.
Cover, refrigerate.
Step 2
Day2
Add a further 100g of flour and 100g of water. Mix well with a wooden spoon, recover and refrigerate.
Step 3
Day3 to Day7
Repeat instructions for Day2.
If you feel you are running out of room, simply remove some of the starter and make some pancakes
